First Attack XR

First Attack XR licence terms

Version: 5 November 2026. These terms are between The Trustee for Cleaver Family Trust, ABN 14 875 800 962, trading as First Attack XR and Team First Aid ("we"), and the business named at checkout ("you"). By ticking the box at checkout and paying, you agree to them.

1. What you get

While your licence is active, you can use First Attack XR on the number of headsets you've paid for. That includes all current scenarios and updates, and any number of your trainers and trainees.

You can use it to deliver training to your own clients. You can't resell, sublicense or share it with another business.

2. Price

All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST, which is added at checkout.

LicenceHeadsetsMonthly, per headsetFirst 3 months, per headset
Founding1$249$747
Founding2 to 5$199$597
Standard1$349$1,047
Standard2 to 5$299$897

Six or more headsets, yearly payment and adding or dropping a headset are by arrangement with us. Changing your number of headsets can change your price per headset.

Founding licences are limited to 5 places. Your price stays $100 per headset per month below our standard price for as long as your licence stays active. If it ends, the founding price ends with it.

3. Starting, and your first 3 months

You pay your first 3 months upfront by card. We then help you get set up.

Your 3 months start on your go-live date, which is the date we confirm you're set up and able to run a drill or 30 days after payment if that's earlier, unless we're still unable to get you set up. We'll tell you your go-live date.

4. Monthly payments

After your first 3 months, we charge your saved card each month until your licence ends. By accepting these terms, you authorise those charges. Your first monthly charge is 3 months after your go-live date.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel anytime by telling us. After your first 3 months there's no minimum term. Your licence keeps working until the end of the time you've paid for, then ends, and we won't charge you again.

Your first 3 months are paid upfront. Cancelling during them doesn't give you a refund, except as set out in sections 6 and 15.

6. If we can't get you set up

If we can't get First Attack XR running for you before your go-live date, we'll refund your upfront payment in full and your licence will end. You need to have a supported headset and an internet connection, and give us a reasonable chance to help.

7. Missed payments

If a monthly payment fails, your licence keeps working for 7 days while the payment is retried. If it's still unpaid after that, your licence switches off until the payment is made. If it stays unpaid, we can end your licence under section 14.

8. Your licence code and headsets

You get one licence code for your business. Keep it private, as anyone with it could use up your headsets.

The code works on the number of headsets you've paid for. If you replace a headset, you can swap it yourself, up to once per paid headset every 30 days. Clearing a headset's browser data can count as a swap. Contact us if you need more.

You supply your own headsets. First Attack XR works on a Meta Quest 3 or 3S, and mixed reality needs one of those. A Quest 2 runs the full-VR rooms only. You need a connection to start a session.

9. Using it safely

First Attack XR must be used with a trainer present. You're responsible for how your sessions run, including:

It simulates fire. It doesn't show that a real site, extinguisher or evacuation plan is safe or adequate.

10. Training and compliance

First Attack XR is simulation practice that supports trainer-led delivery. It isn't accredited training or a certification, and it doesn't replace real equipment where your assessment requires it.

Parts of it are mapped to key CPPFES2005 requirements. That isn't an approval or a promise that it meets any regulator's or RTO's requirements. If you're an RTO or deliver for one, your RTO stays responsible for its training and assessment strategy, equipment, assessors and competency decisions.

Team First Aid isn't an RTO. Please don't describe First Attack XR as accredited, approved or compliant, or suggest that we or our RTO partners endorse your training.

11. Updates and availability

We can update First Attack XR, and we'll aim to keep it running. It depends on the internet and third parties, so we can't promise it will never be interrupted. If a change would significantly reduce what you get, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

12. Our software

We or our licensors own First Attack XR, including its scenarios, software, designs and branding. You get the right to use it under these terms and nothing more. You can't copy it, take it apart, build a competing product from it, or get around the licence controls.

You can say you use First Attack XR in your marketing, in line with section 10.

Founding licences aren't available for training delivered within 50 km of Brisbane, where Team First Aid delivers this training itself.

13. Your information

We keep your business and contact details, your licence and payment status, and a record of which headsets use your licence and when. Stripe processes card payments, and we don't see your full card number.

First Attack XR doesn't send trainee names or scores to us. Any records you keep about your trainees are yours to look after. See our privacy policy.

14. Ending a licence

We can end your licence, by giving you notice, if:

We can stop First Attack XR altogether by giving you at least 60 days' notice. If we do, or if you end your licence because we've seriously breached these terms and not fixed it within 14 days, we'll refund any time you've paid for but not used.

When your licence ends, your licence code stops working and you must stop using First Attack XR.

15. Your rights and our liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, or any liability that can't legally be limited.

Where the law allows us to limit our remedy, we can choose to supply the service again or pay the cost of having it supplied again.

As far as the law allows:

These limits don't apply to loss caused by a person's death or injury to the extent the other party caused it.

You must hold public liability insurance suitable for the training you deliver.

16. Changes to these terms and prices

We can change these terms or our prices by giving you at least 30 days' notice by email. If you don't agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect and you won't be charged the new price. Changes don't shorten or reprice the first 3 months you've already paid for.

17. General

Queensland law applies, and the Queensland courts can hear any dispute. Please talk to us first, and we'll try to sort it out. You can reach us through firstattackxr.com.au. We'll contact you at the email you gave at checkout, so let us know if it changes.

If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. You can't transfer your licence without our agreement.
